Our crews  caulk windows, replace weather-stripping and door sweeps, install attic fan covers, and seal mechanical closets and plumbing fixtures if necessary. A blower door diagnostic test is performed before and after work is completed to quantify air leakage reduction and identify sources of air loss. 

 Leaks in ducts are a substantial source of energy loss in homes, allowing expensive conditioned air to escape. Titan ES performs pre and post duct blaster tests to identify these leaks and quantify air loss reduction. Improvements in duct performance can result in significant energy savings and increased airflow, reducing cold rooms in the winter and hot rooms in the summer.   

 Titan professionals install blown-in insulation to bring your attic to present day code. This helps to significantly lower energy costs, as well as provide next-level comfort to your home.

 Additionally, Titan will perform a carbon monoxide test on all gas appliances to detect potential hazards. If needed, a carbon monoxide detector will be installed. Additionally, fresh air vents are installed in water heater and furnace closets as needed to optimize HVAC performance and customer safety.
